The Sonargaon University (SU) is one of the Bangladesh’s preeminent private university, approved by University Grants Commission (UGC) of Bangladesh and Bangladesh Government (GoB) and has been sponsored by Sonargaon University (SU) Trust. The Trust is registered, non-political, non-profit voluntary organization. The members of SU Trust are mostly eminent entrepreneur from academic arena, felt the need for a private university to bring quality education within the reach of students with modest economic means. The quality of our teaching and learning is underpinned by the best staff: student ratios. Our professors teach at every level as well as are engaged in ground-breaking research. We were honored to attend the 𝗖𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆 of the 𝗕𝗜𝗔𝗖 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿-𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗔𝗿𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱. The ceremony was graced by 𝗠𝗮𝗱𝗮𝗺 𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗙𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗮 𝗔𝗻𝘄𝗮𝗿, Justice, High Court Division, Supreme Court of Bangladesh, as the 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗲𝗳 𝗚𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁, whose inspiring presence added great significance to the occasion.
Our students represented the 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝗮𝘄 and 𝗦𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗼𝗻 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 with 𝗱𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, and 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗺. Their participation provided an invaluable opportunity to engage with 𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘀, 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀, 𝗮𝗿𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀, and fellow participants, further strengthening their practical understanding of 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗽𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗺𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗺𝘀.
𝗔𝗿𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 is one of the most effective forms of 𝗔𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗽𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗔𝗗𝗥). It enables parties to resolve disputes outside the traditional court system in a more 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘁-𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲, and 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 manner. By reducing lengthy litigation, saving valuable time and resources, and promoting 𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, arbitration has become an indispensable component of modern legal practice. Such 𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 and 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 equip our future legal professionals with the 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲, 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀, and 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 necessary to meet the evolving demands of the justice system.
