Come along with me as I dive, head-first, in the deep-end of the wonderful rabbit hole of whisk[e]y, with an emphasis on Scotch Single Malt, but along the way branching out into other whisk[e]ys such as bourbons, ryes, and other spirits from around the world.

Keeping this passion exploratory and educational in nature, I’ll be providing my, and on occasion a guests, tasting notes, thoughts and opinions one dram at a time while truly enjoying each and every pour, savoring the aromas and flavors that craftsmen spent years achieving.
