This trip is a big challenge for me.

I’ve never trained this hard or anywhere near this capacity before in my life. I went from spending an hour in the gym 3 times a week to us being there for an hour or two 6 times a week.

I’m in pain. Soreness, fatigue, I don’t care what you call it. I’m fat and my feet hurt. I did not want to get out of bed this morning, but I did.

And that’s the goal of this trip. Pushing myself to new limits, and teaching myself habits that will help me become the absolute best version of myself.

I’m not gonna stop, no matter how badly my body wants to. We still have over 10 days to go.

I felt good about how I looked today for the first time in a LONG time. Down 145~lbs in 2025 so far, still a long ways to go!

I think wearing a shirt that’s not as loose has allowed me to see my progress better. I should be able to go down another shirt size soon 🙏
