Recently, during a Marubi related livestream event, while staff were introducing a brooch gift, Li Pei En’s image appeared due to insufficiently rigorous visual presentation. This caused concern and criticism among some viewers. We take this matter very seriously and conducted an immediate internal review and reflection.

First and foremost, we would like to express our sincere apologies to Li Pei En. We have always respected and valued the feelings and rights of every artist, partner, and all our supporters. Internal corrective actions have been taken, and we fully understand and respect everyone’s intention to protect artists’ images.

This incident has also served as an important reminder for us to exercise greater caution when involving artists’ likenesses, and to strictly avoid any infringement of portrait rights or harm to users’ feelings.
