Hi, I’m Kimberly! 🌾 Growing up, I had all sorts of health struggles like swelling, breathing issues, and pain that would keep me down for weeks! And all because of commercial flour. I dealt with it most of my life until God led me to the video “Don’t Eat the Bread of Idleness” by Sue Becker in 2022. It was life CHANGING! At 27, I started milling my own flour, and it completely transformed my health and my family’s too!
