There's a part in this video where I talk about "social murder"; death caused by the normal functioning of the status quo. Homelessness, lack of medical care, police violence, etc.
What needs to be understood, with the escalating terror of ICE is two fold: first that the regime is trying to make street murder the new status quo, to fold spontaneous executions into the common sense of the day & you both must not let them & can forge a new status quo if you join together to fight hard enough for one. The second is that this has been happening under the watch & boot of this same state for generations. To the colonized & enslaved & to those in other nations considered to be the "backyard" of empire. Fascism is Imperialism turned inward & if you're now fighting the worsening of conditions at home, fantastic - you have my strength & love. But when a day comes when things are calm & peaceful in your street again, take that fight further & ensure that no one has to suffer this kind of inhumanity again.
Solidarity forever. Fuck ICE - give them hell, so they may know & fear what awaits them.
