- Episode 2 — Scope & perimeter: Distinguishing CASP from MiFID firms and e-money institutions; misclassifying tokens as "utility" versus financial instruments.

- Episode 3 — CASP authorisation & fit-and-proper: Title V licensing, obliged-entity status, and a weak-KYC legacy VASP facing NCA scrutiny.
- Episode 4 — Governance & internal controls: Independent compliance function and risk-based monitoring; control failures now becoming licensing and withdrawal issues.
