The day started with the perfect birthday morning—waking up to heartfelt messages, calls, and a cozy breakfast at home. Nothing beats that first cup of coffee while reflecting on how far I’ve come. I spent some time going through old photos and reminiscing about my 30s, all the lessons learned, the growth, and the adventures.
A milestone birthday deserves a proper celebration, so I made sure to plan something special. From decorating my space with elegant yet simple birthday décor to setting up a small gathering with my closest friends and family, I wanted the vibe to be warm and joyful. And, of course, no birthday is complete without cake! I chose a decadent cake that truly felt like a treat to myself.
The celebration was filled with laughter, delicious food, and heartfelt toasts. I received some incredible gifts, but more than anything, I cherished the memories made with my loved ones. We played fun games, shared stories, and enjoyed every moment together. Turning 40 has never felt this amazing!
Turning 40 is a huge milestone, and it has given me the chance to reflect on the incredible journey of life so far. I shared some of my biggest life lessons and goals for the future.
