TUESDAY OCTOBER 28TH I HAD A HEARING AT 8:30 IN THE MORNING THAT I ATTENDED VIRTUALLY AS MY LAWYERS HUSBAND HAS COVID AND SHE WAS NOT GOING TO BE IN THE COURTROOM WITH ME.

WE GOT A CONTINUANCE TO NOVEMBER 4TH FOR BOTH CASES TO BE HEARD ON ONE DAY.

I WILL BE IN LOS ANGELES IN PERSON FOR THAT HEARING.

TODAYS RESULTS IN CRIMINAL TRIAL BROUGHT BY THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA AGAINST THE PETITIONER/RESPONDENT IN BOTH MY CASES IS MONUMENTAL IN SCOPE AND I AM HOPEFUL THAT THE RULING ISSUED BY THE JUDGE IN THAT CASE WILL HELP MINE IN A TOTALLY DIFFERENT CIVIL MATTER IN THE COURTHOUSE ACROSS TOWN.

NO ONE GETS TO DECIDE WHO SHOULD OR SHOULDN'T HAVE OR FEEL EMOTIONS ABOUT NON STOP, CYBER TERRORISTIC ATTACKS ON ANOTHER HUMAN BEING.

IF YOU FEEL NO EMOTIONS ABOUT THAT AND FIND THAT AMUSING THEN THAT IS TELLING ABOUT YOU.

NO ONE GETS TO DECIDE WHO SHOULD AND SHOULD NOT SHOW UP IN PERSON FOR COURT. IT IS MY RIGHT TO FACE MY CYBER TERRORIST IN PERSON. IT IS MY RIGHT TO SEEK JUSTICE FOR NEARLY 3 YEARS OF CYBER TERRORISM.

ANYONE MINIMIZING THAT OR INDICATING THAT IT IS NOT A BIG DEAL AND EVERYTHING SHOULD HAVE JUST BEEN IGNORED, SHOULD TAKE A LONG, HARD LOOK IN THE MIRROR AND FIGURE OUT WHERE THEIR HUMANITY WENT.

No one but a PROFESSIONAL, LICENSED, MEDICAL DOCTOR should be discussing medications or how many OR what ANYONE is or IS NOT taking. That is protected under HIPPA.

ALSO NO DOCTOR WOULD EVER PRESCRIBE MORE THAN ONE SSRI TO ANYONE.

Mental Health CARE is WOEFULLY lacking in the United States and ANYONE who shames people for seeking that out or try’s to obtain their confidential HIPPA protected information is looking VERY MUCH like the Cult I escaped from, Scientology.

Scientology even made a fictional museum to try to legitimize their fake witchcraft as a “science” of the mind and DEMONIZE the entire subject of Psychiatry and Psychology.

Either you understand mental health and it’s vital part of healing and humaning through life and respect that some people while working on themselves may need the assistance of proven medications, OR you don’t.

Scientology has made their stance clear on this matter. Psychs as they refer to anyone in the therapy field that isn’t them, are EVIL, they are here to DESTROY MANKIND and they must be stopped. Shaming people who seek out and utilize mental health help is their literal bread and butter.

Yesterday, October 14 2025, I was granted a Restraining Order on Anthony D'Amato. The hearing for the RO will be on Tuesday November 4th, 8:30am, Van Nuys courthouse East on Sylmar Ave. See you all there.

That means I am battling 2 cases at once. Which will mean more travel to LA. If you can help me with that, I would greatly appreciate it.
