Cuando alguien te pone un límite, no siempre sabes recibirlo.
Y cuando tú lo pones, no siempre te lo saben sostener.

En consulta, muchas veces llega el eco de las mismas frases:
“¿Por qué te pones así?”
“Yo solo te decía la verdad.”
“Si me amaras, no me pedirías eso.”

Son respuestas que intentan proteger el ego, no cuidar el vínculo.
Y reconocerlas —aunque duela— es lo que te ayuda a no quedarte atrapada en esa dinámica.

Ahora sí… momento catarsis colectiva:
