Hello, and welcome! This channel started with the intention of being a tool for new, intermediate, and advanced players to learn and grow by "learning the music" to all the top groups and ensembles. Since then, it has grown into something I never envisioned. Now I have a Discord server where myself and a lot of other people hang out and talk about drumming and everything related to it. Need help with composing, playing, and everything in between? Join my server! discord.gg/eTWYPfrJ2y

If you're not following me on Instagram... why? I just posted BOTH Pulse 2025 snare breaks, the bass break, opener quad break, AND POW's 2025 snare break. I'll be posting more on YouTube in the near future, but this algorithm isn't nice to me here, so I've been posting more on Instagram.

Hello! I thought I'd leave this here so everyone knows what to expect over the next few months! This is my current backlog for projects. I'm working with Joel Polk (he transcribed Bluecoats 2022) to put out Bluecoats 2023 ON FINALS DAY, same as last year! If you guys think I should add anything, let me know!

Also, BDC is another planned meme video so ignore that

YouTube took my monetization a few months back and I never fought it, but I'm going to start. They said I'm uploading other people's content with little to no modification. Would you guys honestly agree with that statement?

Do you guys consider my content to be educational?

Some of you may have noticed a new way of notating sticking I featured in my Redline 2023 video. I used all caps, but made accents bold and one font size bigger. I believe this allows readers to sight read sticking easier and allows you to be able to see accents without having to alternate between caps and lowercase. When I make sheets in the future I wanna keep using this method for sticking. I want the community's opinion.

So we know when you read music, you naturally look a little ahead of the music. With that in mind, do you look at the rhythms with the sticking in your peripheral vision, or the sticking with the rhythms in your peripheral vision? There's no right or wrong answer, I'm just working on a project and was wondering how people read music. I personally read looking at the sticking because when there's capital/lowercase alternating for the sticking, I'm getting information on accents and I get the rhythm from my peripheral vision.

What did you guys think of the "short" format for Pulse's snare break this year? Should I do that for more snare breaks or should I stick to my normal format?

I'm gonna take a moment to advertise my Discord server again. It wasn't mine before, but it is now. If you aren't already in it, come hang out. We have a lot of great discussions there.
