This is the video channel for Parenting UP! - we are a global community of family caregivers and dementia advocates. Our leader, J Smiles is a comedian and full-time caregiver for her mom, Zetty. J uses humor to uplift and connect caregivers. Whether remote podcast listeners or a live audience, Smiles' storytelling style is warm and relatable. She has been advocating, bringing awareness and raising money for a cure since Zetty's diagnosis in 2012. The Alzheimer's Assoc., Seth Rogen's HFC and several other organizations are her partners.
