13 years ago today, Space Shuttle Endeavour arrived at @CalScience after a 3-day, 12-mile-long journey from LAX. The Shuttle was greeted by crowds who poured out into the streets to catch a glimpse of Endeavour en route to its new home.
Earlier this year, Lost LA host Nathan Masters visited the California Science Center to learn why it became Endeavour's permanent home, and how the shuttle's legacy continues to inspire Los Angeles and space exploration.
