Sometimes people know me as the face behind Foodies Roof. But before every recipe, every video, and every smiling frame, there's another side of my life.
I'm a full-time Civil Engineer, working in the water and wastewater sector. Today, as part of my responsibility, I had the opportunity to explain our sewage treatment plant to our Hon'ble Chief Minister during his visit.

This isn't an achievement post. It's simply a glimpse into the work I do every day with my team.
There are days that begin at project sites and end in my kitchen. Days filled with meetings, drawings, site inspections, editing videos late into the night, and waking up to do it all over again.
Many of you see the recipes. Very few see the sleepless nights, the constant juggling, and the effort to stay true to two careers that I genuinely love.
Engineering gave me purpose. Food gave me a way to connect with millions of you.
I'm grateful that I don't have to choose one over the other.
Here's to showing up, doing the work, and believing that passion can exist in more than one place.
