After over 30 years, New construction has begun on Navy’s New Constellation-class frigate. It will be the first Frigate since the retirement of the Oliver Hazard Perry-class Frigate in 2015.

The Navy has scheduled the upcoming ships to decommission in the near future. Have you served or know anyone that has served on these? Also, what are your thoughts on them decommissioning though we do need a bigger fleet? Following are the ships on the list:
LCS: Jackson and Montgomery
Amphib: Germantown, Gunston Hall, and Tortuga
Cruiser: Vicksburg
