⨠After 36 Years in Corporate⦠I Chose Me
For two years, I worked two jobs.
By day: a demanding 9ā5.
By night: building the business I knew I was meant to create.
No social life.
No nights out.
Just a quiet determination to build something that mattered.
And now?
Iāve left corporate behind.
I work for myself, helping women heal anxiety naturallyāevery single day.
I no longer have to be the loudest in the room.
I get to be meācalm, grounded, thriving.
If youāre dreaming of something more, this is your reminder:
Itās possible.
Youāre not too quiet.
You donāt have to force yourself to fit.
You can build a life that feels like you.
š¬ Let me know below if this resonates with you.
And if you're on your own journey, I'm cheering you on š

Iām interested in your views on thisā¦
I donāt like the term āhealerā for 2 reasons
1. It implies an element of mystical about the āhealerā I donāt call myself this because I believe everyone has an ability to heal. What I do is show them what Iāve learnt and I know that will kick start or start the self healing
2. It can mean that people expect to be healed, without having to do much work themselves. As anyone whoās been on a healing journey will tell you ; healing is bloody hard work!
So whatās your view on the term healer?

This week Iāve crashed, good and proper exhausted; canāt go anymore. Itās been a lesson for me and got me thinking. When I feel bodily or mentally tired but nothing really breaks I have a bit of an āitāll be okā attitude and I keep pushing.
If I could see the break - like each time I tried to push on I lost something from my body, Iād stop a lot sooner. So the lesson is to listen to the gentle warning whispers of the body.
I also want to thank @lisabeanuk in this post for shifting me to the next cohort of Straight Line Through. Itās such an amazing programme but I had to put my big girls pants on and admit I needed rest and that Iād be much more able to soak up and hold Lisaās amazing teachings if I let myself properly recharge. #selfcare #burnout #lifelessons

This is resonating today
For 2 weeks I āfought onā despite not feeling good. At the weekend, I allowed my body to rest and literally slept for 1 1/2 days.
Today I feel like Iām getting back to normal. This is still a lesson in progress for me - listening to my body and not my head. Itās a journey I started with my Breathwork training and one Iām still on now!
Thereās a phrase we use a lot in the west āmind over bodyā I disagree; we should be focused more on body over mind
