I’ve officially reached the stage of painting where my art is smaller than a teabag. These Tiny Tranquilities are just 3 x 4.5 cm — hand-painted miniature watercolour landscapes that somehow take as long as the big ones.
They’re calm, tiny, and a little bit ridiculous to photograph. But I love them. Each one’s a mystery until the last brushstroke.
