I am a Swedish hiker, a weekend warrior that try to come out and experience nature as much as possible.
The channel is focused on reviews and backpacking thoughts/ideas how to make your hike a better hiking experience, most of the time with an Ultra-Light twist to it.
I started my channel mid-2020 and have since then more or less released new content every week and my goal is to make and publish videos of gear useful to YOU AS A HIKER and talk about interesting topics.
I hope you enjoy and subscribe to my channel and that we together can grow to a slightly bigger channel.
Stay safe, happy, healthy and remember that the adventure is right around the corner.

Hi 👋🏻
I’m out travelling with my motor home/camper for two weeks and took the opportunity to start trying out a new pillow, the Zero Pillow from FLEXTAIL.
As a side sleeper I’m always looking for good neck support and this looked promising with the ergonomic shape and all.
So far, after 10 nights I’m more than happy… but I will do a review and comparison to two other favourite pillows that will be published within a couple of weeks.
Don't forget, use 👉ROBERT15 for 15% discount on all FLEXTAIL products.

After 15 km I pitched the tent in rain and after one hour it still rains so…perfect test for how the tent handles rain and condensation.
Outside it’s 9C and dropping, expect about 5C during the night.
If you want to see more pictures from this hike let me know… wish you all the best and a pleasant evening. //Robert

Hi y’all and WOW 🤩 +7000 subscribers!
A BIG THANKS for your continued support for this channel despite I’m not the most active YouTuber at the moment! I have a lot of planned videos but not the time for shooting and editing due to heavy workload at my everyday job.
I will be back later in April so stay put and I will see you soon. 🙂

A Big Change for 2024 😮
I love my Bonfus Middus 1P for its weight and it being very storm resistant! But I kinda miss the space from my old Big Sky Revolution 1.5. 😢
So for 2024 I will be trying out the lighter alternative from Big Sky, the Mirage 1.5 UL at only 1035 grams (not verified). It’s a single wall tent with some upgrades from 2023 version… like improved condensation management.
My question to you is… what do you want to know? So that I can prepare a good review further on. Take care y’all ❤️

Hi guys 👋🏻 what gear tend to break most often?
In my career as a hiker I’ve been lucky with my gear, not many gear failures beside a friends tent we mended with some patches and duct tape for the tent pole that broke (and poked a hole in the tent).
What is your experience… what gear breaks most often 👇 and please if you have any good tips on how you fixed it… leave a comment and tell us all about it!

Hi guys 👋🏻 hope you’re all doing okay!
I’ve been using the same pants like forever and the lifetime of the pants seams endless! The Montane Terra Packpants have served me well… BUT! 👇
They are a little bit low in the waist and the pockets a little bit shallow! So, for 2024 I would like to upgrade and need your help!
Give me your best advice, but they need to be:
- Thin and quick drying
- Lightweight
- Two front pockets with zippers
- At least one back pocket with zipper
- Preferably one leg pocket with zipper
Looking forward to many good tips 🙂

Hi guys 👋🏻
I’m just a 3 season hiker and prefer spending time in the slopes instead during wintertime ⛷️ I can stretch it to -5C but when it’s snow on the ground it’s no fun and too much fuss! (in my opinion)
But what about you? Vote below 👇 and see what is most common!

Hi y’all 👋🏻
Out on a weekend trip to Stöten in Sälenfjällen Sweden for skiing and relaxing! Cold but beautiful weather and perfect slopes!
But it also means no full episode this week and next will be released the 23rd… right before Christmas.
Take care///Robert
