Thanks for stopping by my channel.
For the longest time, life felt like an uphill battle. Constantly wondering why it felt like the simplest things for others were so difficult for me.
5 years ago, after long suspecting there had to be something bigger going on, I finally booked an assessment. Sure enough, I was diagnosed with Inattentive Type ADHD.
Now, I'm able to better understand myself and implement strategies that account for my weaknesses, instead of constantly trying to become someone I’m not.
Like many diagnosed with ADHD in adulthood, I then spent many hours trying to learn more about how ADHD affects me.
I decided to create this channel to share the things I've learned and experienced, hoping it might be useful to others or even make some feel less alone in the challenges they face.
Whether you’ve been diagnosed, are thinking about getting assessed, or just want to understand how to better support someone with ADHD, I’m glad you’re here.
