Sumbersari Health Center is a technical implementation unit of the Madiun District Health Office which is responsible for organizing health development in several sub-district areas. As a technical implementation unit, the Puskesmas carries out some of the duties of the Madiun District Health Office. Based on the basic policy of the community health center (Puskesmas) (Ministry of Health Decree number 128 of 2004), Puskesmas have a very important position in the national health system and district health system. Puskesmas has an important function in supporting the achievement of national health development goals.
