Age & Formation: Among the world's oldest fold mountains, formed over 2.5 billion years ago, though heavily eroded over time.
Location: Extends ~670-692 km from Delhi through Haryana, Rajasthan, to Gujarat.

Water Source: Supports rivers like Luni, Banas, Sahibi, and helps recharge groundwater.
