Aapne bhi sabki tarah weightloss krne ka resolution lia tha na? Ye month to almost end ho gya... kya progress hai ji? Bas har saal ki tarah resolution lekar poora na krna bhut hua. Ab January k jitne bhi days bache hai unme aap apni diet aur work out pe dhyan do. Keep fit and be patient?
Most common question I encounter that 'how to stop sugar in our diets? And how do you control your sugar carvings?' Add fruits in your diet. They have fructose.... which is sister compound of glucose (sugar that we eat)!!! Fructose do not add to your body circumference yet gives you satiation. This is how I stopped my sugar carvings..you too can!
