My heart is filled with deep gratitude. This milestone is a testament to God’s unending faithfulness in my life. My journey has been one of self-awareness, growth, and leaning into my identity as God created me to be.
There were moments I didn’t have all the answers, times I questioned the process, but through it all, God has been my anchor. He has taught me to trust Him, to embrace who I truly am, and to walk boldly in purpose. Each step has shaped me, not only for my own journey but to help others discover their unique path, too.
I am stepping into a new season—one filled with even greater clarity, joy, and purpose. I celebrate the lessons, the growth, and the people who have been part of this incredible journey.
To everyone reading this, I want you to know that no matter where you are, God’s faithfulness never fails. You are seen, loved, and created for so much more than you can imagine. Keep trusting Him, keep growing, and never stop walking in your unique identity.

The 1st half of last year, I was hopping on and off the plane on a weekly basis, leaving hubby to take care of the girls alone while I'm away - by the way he makes the best meals when I'm out and suddenly retires when I'm back, I only get to savour the pictures🤣. Thank you @segunfakehinde for being my number one support system.
Back to my point. It was a crucial phase in my role as I just inherited a team which comprised of multidiverse and highly talented individuals, we were at the storming phase and had stiff targets to hit at the same time. That of course required frequent travels to build rapport both with them and my different stakeholders.
Was it tough? Yes! Did I cry? A few times! Did I feel like quitting? Yes! Was i tempted to doubt myself at some point? Yes!
Thankfully, after some months(amidst prayers, coaching, mentoring, support from my leader, many lifting conversations with hubby and consultations), we began to build a rhythm, define a vision, rebuild structure, design and improve scalable systems/processes which led to remarkable results.
Within a year:
• We drastically reduced our resolution time by over 60% • We did alot more with lesser resource, doubling productivity, though team had reduced by 40% (given growth opportunities within and outside the business) with no need for replacement, owing to the systems, processes and structures we had been able to put in place. • We successfully executed complex projects amidst BAU and within timelines, leveraging collaboration with stakeholders • I discovered and had the opportunity to bridge a number of gaps I never knew existed both as a leader and colleague. I basically grew!
I said all that to say that, change Sometimes can be painful and will definitely cost us something with a lot of opportunities to learn (if we keep an open mind).
That opportunity you seek will come with its truck load of challenges and success too. Keep the gaze on the success that lies ahead (because it will come).
