One of the best reminders I can give you as a 23 years old, earning in the top 1%:
You can't do the same thing as everyone else and expect different results. You need to act different to be different. If you don’t want to be average, don’t do what the average person is doing. Every choice you make is either helping you become the person you want to be, or taking you further from it. Don’t be afraid to be misunderstood.

What you want now is probably to keep your money in your bank account, right? This allows you to see a monetary number of all of your hard work and gives you access to cash when you want things. But if what you want most is wealth & income producing assets, you would need to take risks, and invest your money so that you can have what you want later. Income made without you working your 40 hour week.
Remember, you’re one property away from a second stream of income come. With Airbnb arbitrage you can rent, and then make money from that rental. Start now so you can see the results later. The longer you want the longer it will take.

Most people grew up learning that a good life is built by having a good job. This is in part true. But a good life is also so much more. It’s good health, love, kindness, the ability to give, to travel, to live. A good life can also be building wealth to help you achieve those things. And building wealth is not built through a good career alone.
