This means faster rendering and higher resolution. I saw in the youtube analytics that many of you are watching my animations on TV. I don't know how well they look in 1080p. I think it would be good if, from now on, I will use this powerful GPU to render the animations in 2k or even 4k.

Hi everyone! The villagers animations is back with some adjustments. The ,,little" villager is not little anymore. He is an adult. :)
My channel has been demonetized for "harmful content involving minors" Lesson learned. No more minors participating or witnessing scenes of violence. This will also apply to the animation with piglings.

MONETIZATION IS BACK!

Hey everyone, I wanted to give you all an update on the situation with my channel. 3 months ago, I received a notification from YouTube about a monetization issue. While they didn’t specify exactly which video was problematic, I took action and removed any videos I thought might be causing issues—especially the one with the villagers. I plan to remake that animation, but this time, the villager will be an adult instead of a child, and I’ll be uploading it again soon!

However, there are a few things about this experience that really bothered me. First, YouTube refused to tell me exactly which video was the problem. If my channel had even more videos, how was I supposed to figure it out? I had to make guesses and remove content blindly.

Second, the 90-day period before reapplying for monetization is way too long. I understand enforcing rules, but punishing an entire channel instead of just demonetizing the specific video seems unfair.

And on top of that, I also lost the earnings from October that I was supposed to receive in November. I put in the work, the revenue was already earned, and yet YouTube decided not to pay it out. That just doesn’t feel fair at all…

This situation has made me seriously consider creating a Patreon account. Since Patreon is independent from YouTube, it would allow me to have a more stable source of income even if something like this happens again. YouTube not only turned off monetization but also paused YouTube Memberships, which was another major source of support.

That being said, the most important thing is that the channel is now back on track! It will take a little while for everything to fully recover, but I’m already working on bigger and better animations—including the film I promised you all!
