Day 1 of the 3rd Shri O.P. Tandon Memorial Moot Court Competition, 2026 commenced with great enthusiasm at Trinity Institute of Professional Studies.

The day began with an inspiring Inaugural Ceremony which was graced by Principal Department of Legal Studies Prof. (Dr.) Sashi Bala, Director TIPS, Prof. (Dr.) Ashutosh Agarwal, our Sponsors of the event and all the faculty members and participants attended the inaugural session, setting the tone for the competition ahead. This was followed by the Draw of Lots for the Preliminary Rounds (Round 1 & 2) along with the Memorial Exchange, where teams geared up for intense legal battles. The day concluded with the Researcher’s Test, challenging participants’ analytical and research skills.

We are proud to host 44 teams from across the country, all set to showcase their advocacy and legal acumen.

Here’s to a promising start and many more compelling arguments to come!
