hi guys, more serious post today
recently i've sort of entered a depression arc i think.
the impostor syndrome has been hitting, and my brain's been telling me such wonderful things as "you're not good enough" and "you aren't talented" (of course, my brain is lying to me) and the like, as well as i've been having panic attacks and stuff
i've noticed these, like, episodes? i guess? during which i REALLY spiral into self-hatred and these occur when i'm really stressed out and feel pressured for time when in reality the only person who is pressuring me is myself
and to top it all off, the burnout is really kicking in
so tldr i think im gonna take a step back and examine my workflow to figure out where it all went wrong
and all of the CREEPS out there to get me aren’t flipping helping…… /hj
