Hey all! It’s been quite awhile since I have checked in with you all. I plan on making a video soon but I am making this post now asking for help. I know some people will have a problem with what I’m asking and that’s fine. If you can’t or would rather not help, that’s perfectly fine. I would ask for no hate but we all know on YouTube that’s not possible.
As many of you know I have had endometrial cancer for some time now and my Dr thinks there is a chance it has spread causing the bumps in my stomach. She wants to do surgery ASAP but that will require me losing another 100 pounds first. I’ve been on a strict diabetic diet for 2 weeks now. I had gotten sloppy with sugar free treats. So I’ve cleaned it up and have lost 22 pounds in that time.
My Dr wants me to take Ozempic which is technically an injection that treats diabetic patients but the side effect is weight loss. This would help speed things up so I can hopefully have surgery within the next two months.
But there is a problem. My insurance will not cover the cost of the medication which costs approximately $800. So many of you have been so generous and giving to me in the past and I will forever be great full for that. I’m coming here today asking for help. Anything would be a huge help. If you’re not able or don’t want to I completely understand. For those of you who are willing to help I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I know there are always those faithful few that are always there for me. I love and appreciate you all.

Hello from the world of physical therapy! Just wanted to send a pic along to show you all my progress. My weight loss is going very well (I was shocked to see how my face has shrunk!) and I am progressing very well with therapy. I get therapy 3 times a day including strength training and walking practice. Emotionally therapy is going well too. I’m working on my eating disorder and past trauma. Things are looking up! 🌟☺️
Just checking in to let you all know I am alive and doing well. Therapy is going very well. I’m taking the time to focus on myself and my health. I don’t know how long I will be absent from the “Tubes” - but rest assured my absence is a positive thing! I will leave you all with this quote from Michael J. Fox that has inspired and motivated me beyond words…..
“Whatever my physical circumstances are today, I will deal with them and remain present. If I fall, I will rise up. As for the future, I haven’t been there yet. I only know that I have one. Until I don’t. The last thing we run out of is the future.’
