Conscious change is the awareness we have and BEing prepared to actively participate, to take action.

Intention is everything. It chooses our direction in every moment and it liberates us from old ways and beliefs, when applied and followed through into action.

To walk this path our intention, words, feelings, action and awareness must all align.

This does not mean perfection!

It simply requires alignment from the inside out, effort and showing up for yourself.

Join me for the Identity Alignment - 1 hour LIVE a week for 6 weeks. Begins the end of October.
- request a link to join as this will be for a small group of souls that really want to bask in authenticity, sacred safe space and emerge with clarity.

We are approaching the 10.10.10 energy tomorrow and new moon. We are also within a year 1 which is about new beginnings and we are firmly emboding the 🔥 fire horse energy..

What could possibly be more supportive of this Identity Alignment Workshop, that we will birth transformation together, amongst other like minded souls, open to change.

Are you ready to lead your own live with intention, authority and compassion for yourself, yet able to call your self out and step into your truth, beyond your mind and current situation?

If so then reach out as I would love to work with you and see where your level up into your next chapter begins!

See you on the inside!

"🌝 Happy Full Moon Everyone..🌝
- old paradigms clear | Rare & wild is this one!

"Once in a blue moon"..
Let whatever needs to rise to clear, do so!

If you know that you are blocking yourself to live the life you really want, then take action.

Own your feelings, release what does not serve your life now, in the present.

Be gracious, in all that you have received. What has previously aligned in your life.

BUT.. also accept that we may have outgrown some ways of living now and choices change.

Have courage to form new dreams, visions and pathways, and surrender to live that life fully.

Sometimes when we surrender we free both ourselves and others that we felt bound to.

By being internally honest, accepting that we have changed as well as what we wanted life to be like has also altered, then we are able to be FREE..

Live life fully. BE in alignment to your own energy, truth and all will manifest to achieve it!

Let love lead the way. In whatever form shows up for you, whether that be for people, places or even yourself.. especially yourself."

This morning the word REGENERATION felt potent and telling of this current energy we are experiencing.
Both collectively and slightly differently independantly, depending on our personal energy, alignment and Astrology.

So much to share and yet I choose in this moment to do as I say.. and 'just BE'!"

The year of the FIRE HORSE..

"Galloping ahead, freedom, not giving the reins to anyone else in 2026!

This year will give heighten intuition, bring courage, confidence and change.

It will also be intense, with plenty of movement and action to be navigated and ushered in, so will the awareness to need balance restored, with grounding energy.

The fire energy 🔥 ignites inner passion to manifest and follow through in what the heart wants in career and personal life.

Feeling naturally driven by the fire element, transformation will be profound.

As this will also be a year 1 in Numerology, it is a year to be reckoned with!

Refine your life path, and walk it boldly, passionately and confidently."

It's linear time to unite more deeply, to support each other, its about actively participating now to create the world we do want, not in wasting energy fighting the old paradigm!

- continuing to raise our vibration is essential.
