Sunday sunrise and 2.4 km in the Indian Ocean. 🌅🏊
Damien and I competed in today’s DUC Monthly League Swim and both finished 2nd in our age groups. 🥈🥈
The DUC League is a monthly open-water series in Durban, bringing together swimmers of all ages and abilities to race, earn points throughout the season, and enjoy a great morning in the ocean.
Cold start, great conditions, and another reminder that open-water swimming is as much about reading the ocean as it is about fitness.
