✅Engine — powered by Azure OpenAI GPT-4o-mini,
✅Azure AI Search RAG, Dataverse ERP, and
✅ A fully automated GitHub Actions CI/CD pipeline.
✅ Zero hardcoded keys. Zero manual work.

🔐 Security Architecture:
→ Cross-tenant Azure Key Vault storing all
credentials in my personal subscription
→ Custom Microsoft Entra ID Service Principal bridge — bypassing Dataverse environment variable restrictions entirely
→ Secure Inputs & Secure Outputs enforced on every HTTP and Key Vault action
→ Zero endpoints, keys, or passwords visible anywhere in logs or run history
→ Private Azure OpenAI instance (Sweden Central) running gpt-4o-mini calls
⚡ What Happens When a Contract Drops Into SharePoint:
1️⃣ Power Automate triggers instantly and captures file metadata
2️⃣ Entra ID bridge fetches Azure credentials dynamically from Key Vault at runtime — nothing stored in the flow
3️⃣ Azure AI Search (RAG) retrieves exact corporate liability caps and payment term guidelines for that document type
4️⃣ Dataverse ERP tables cross-referenced for active pre-authorized vendor budgets
5️⃣ GPT-4o-mini runs a strict multi-variable compliance audit over the contract
6️⃣ Parse JSON extracts the full verdict: Vendor Name, Risk Score (0-100), Status, Risk Summary, 3 mitigation steps
7️⃣ Decision Gate executes automatically:
✅ COMPLIANT (Risk < 30):
→ Contract moved to Approved folder
→ Dataverse status flipped to Active
→ HTML compliance receipt emailed
🛑 HARD STOP (Risk ≥ 71):
→ Dataverse ERP ledger locked
→ EscalateFlag set to Yes
→ Emergency Teams Adaptive Card fired
→ High-priority escalation email triggered
🚀 DevOps & ALM — No Manual Zip Exports:
Built a full GitHub Actions CI/CD pipeline that:
→ Automatically packages the unmanaged solution from Dev environment
→ Unpacks Power Platform XML into source control
→ Deploys as a locked Managed Solution to Prod
→ Dynamically swaps environment variables per target environment
