Hey there — welcome to Frog Leg Pudding! 🐸🍮 Strange name? Let me explain... I'm half French, half English — and a professional chef. In the UK, they called me "the frog leg." In France, I became "pudding." After years of cooking (and a minor identity crisis 😅), I realized — I'm both! 🇫🇷🇬🇧 That's Frenglish Cuisine — French flair meets British comfort food. The best of both worlds. I'm a classically trained chef from the South of France with experience in Michelin-starred restaurants, brasseries, and years as a private chef for VIPs worldwide. Now back home in Avignon, I share my favorite cooking French classic recipes, and others who deserve more credit some that British classics, and global chef inspiration — all with humor, honesty, and plenty of butter (sometimes 😉). I hope I can teach you few things and make you want to cook Subscribe and join me in celebrating Frenglish Cuisine!

🇫🇷 NEW SHORT IS LIVE!

I took Shepherd’s Pie and Cottage Pie… and gave it the French treatment.

🦆 Duck confit
🥔 Duck-fat mashed potatoes
🧀 Comté cheese crust

The result: Parmentier de Canard

Now I need your verdict:

🐑🐄🦆 Which one wins… and are peas in or out? 🫛

🍓 New video just dropped — and this one is a game-changer.

Did you know you can extract the most insane, pure strawberry flavour at home with just fruit, sugar, and a bowl of simmering water? No extracts, no shortcuts.

The result? A liquid so intensely strawberry it'll ruin every jam and syrup you've ever had. 😅

It's live now — go watch, save the recipe, and tell me what you're going to make with it first. I'm guessing sorbet. 👇

French cooking gets reduced to “just butter” way too often…

Meanwhile duck confit exists. 🦆🇫🇷

Slow-cooked in duck fat for hours until meltingly tender… then crisped until golden and crunchy.

One of the greatest textures in food.

Would you go:
🥔 Pommes Sarladaises
🥗 Salad
🍞 Crusty bread
🍷 Just wine and vibes

? 👀

🇫🇷 Do the French make mashed potatoes better?

I just dropped a new Short breaking down pomme purée —
the silkiest, richest mashed potatoes you’ll ever make.

No cream. No shortcuts. Just technique… and a lot of butter.

Watch it now and tell me:
are you team “reasonable butter”… or team “French butter”? 😏

Just dropped a new Short on sauce vierge — one of the freshest, simplest sauces you’ll ever make 🇫🇷

🇬🇧 vs 🇫🇷 — settle this.

Do the French actually do shepherd’s pie better… or should we stay in our lane?

I just dropped my Parmentier d’agneau using 7-hour braised lamb — and I may have skipped a certain green ingredient…

👉 New Short is live now.

Peas… or no peas? 👇

Chocolate doesn’t get smoother than this…

I’ve made a lot of chocolate desserts — but this one is on another level.
Silky, glossy, and way easier than it looks.

Save this for Easter… or the next time you need a serious chocolate fix 👀🍫

This lamb cooks for 7 hours… and you won’t need a knife.

But here’s the detail most people miss:
two ingredients go in later — not at the start.

New Short is live.
Let’s see who catches it 👀🔥

Everyone orders Béarnaise… but almost nobody knows its 3 best variations 👀

I just filmed a Short breaking down 3 underrated French steak sauces — including one that might actually be better than Béarnaise.

Dropping today.
Trust me… the last one changes everything.
