Hey there โ welcome to Frog Leg Pudding! ๐ธ๐ฎ Strange name? Let me explain... I'm half French, half English โ and a professional chef. In the UK, they called me "the frog leg." In France, I became "pudding." After years of cooking (and a minor identity crisis ๐
), I realized โ I'm both! ๐ซ๐ท๐ฌ๐ง That's Frenglish Cuisine โ French flair meets British comfort food. The best of both worlds. I'm a classically trained chef from the South of France with experience in Michelin-starred restaurants, brasseries, and years as a private chef for VIPs worldwide. Now back home in Avignon, I share my favorite cooking French classic recipes, and others who deserve more credit some that British classics, and global chef inspiration โ all with humor, honesty, and plenty of butter (sometimes ๐).
