In France, I became "pudding." After years of cooking (and a minor identity crisis 😅), I realized — I'm both! 🇫🇷🇬🇧 That's Frenglish Cuisine — French flair meets British comfort food. The best of both worlds. I'm a classically trained chef from the South of France with experience in Michelin-starred restaurants, brasseries, and years as a private chef for VIPs worldwide. Now back home in Avignon, I share my favorite cooking French classic recipes, and others who deserve more credit some that British classics, and global chef inspiration — all with humor, honesty, and plenty of butter (sometimes 😉).
