FYI: Even though I am posting mostly Godot tutorials these days, I have not quit making tutorials for Blender. I just came to a point where basically almost every single tip for Blender had been covered and my video ideas really dried up. Keep in mind I have made hundreds of tutorials for Blender after 2.8 that still work on the current version. I will make more Blender tutorials as new updates arrive that makes previous videos outdated or I get some new tutorial ideas. That said I have a giant backlog of Blender videos you can enjoy that still work in the current version of Blender, and more Blender content will come eventually.
Unpopular opinion: Banning A.I. Artwork on various art websites and writing hate-threads about it won't change the fact that A.I. can already generate a better result within milliseconds than what you can create in hours. It is going to replace a lot of professional human artists and designers, and there is nothing you can do about it. And A.I. art continues to improve fast. Doing art and graphics was a silly low-paying high-risk career choice anyway, so A.I. did you a service. A fun hobby though, and it will continue to be so, for me at least!
I have a bunch of geometry node tutorials lined up in the coming weeks, the first this Thursday. So soon my videos will pop out when you are stuck on a project and want a quick and easy solution. I will do some more creative tutorials too, but the focus will be on solving people's problems with simple videos for now.
When you navigate the Youtube comments in these unstable times, keep in mind that there is an army of paid commenters that work on behalf of their government to spread propaganda/misinformation. They usually set their name to a generic Western name, has a fairly new account and a profile picture that is either stolen or of something random. In Russia they call them Kremlin-bots and in China they call them the wumao army. This is why the comment section of anything related to these countries has a lot of generic Western names hailing various dictators. It is just something you have to deal with in a part of the world where the internet is not censored. It is of course not optimal, but I would rather have them getting paid for taking advantage of our free speech than live in a country with no free speech.
The tutorials in the coming month will be significantly shorter as I have to focus of my last normal exams for my masters degree, then after mid December the tutorials will be back to normal length. Next semester I will be writing my thesis, so that should make me flexible enough to regularly post mid length tutorials then as well. I have a lot of tutorial ideas for the future, and you can post your tutorial suggestions in the comments of this post as well. :)
Now that Youtube is removing the dislike counter from videos we can no longer see what tutorials are worth watching. Thanks for boosting clickbait and scams over videos viewers approve of Youtube. š

What update did you find most impressive? I personally think 2.79 to 2.8 was way more impressive. Faster renders with Cycles X is great though.
