Exploring the places they don't want you to see...
I'm Anders and welcome to my channel Uncanny Expeditions. I'm an off-the-grid explorer, backpacker, and videographer in the American Southwest, documenting the mysterious landscapes surrounding Area 51 and other highly classified sites known for black project development, next gen stealth aircraft, and UFOs.
Thanks for tagging along on my clandestine journeys where we push the boundaries and camp out under the stars - and whatever else might be in the skies above!

Hey! So unfortunately I was in a wreck this week on the way out to film the final segment of my next video. Thankfully I'm physically OK but lots of equipment lost/damaged and I haven't even been able to sort through everything yet. New video will be up later today (around 2pm PST) , but unfortunately it will be missing the last 10-15 minute final segment. I will be going back to the soon-to-be-announced location and filming a part 2 video when I can though so don't worry. Thanks everyone!

Had a great chat with Xander Jones at the Dreamland Motel about UFOs/UAPs and my experiences at secret sites. One thing I like to do with my channel is bridge the gap between the UFO phenomenon and black project military aviation as I find both subjects fascinating and believe they are very closely intertwined. Xander is donating his ad revenue for the month of October to charity as well! Check out his channel, and our video should drop on Sunday.

Big thank you to each and every one of my new subs (and long time ones too)! I can't believe I passed 50k already! Just wanted to give everyone a heads up that there are people starting to impersonate me on various platforms, primarily TikTok. I genuinely don't mind people using my footage provided they give credit/ commentary, but unfortunately there is some straight up theft and impersonation going on.
Biggest offender is an account called "Jerry_Arizona" on TikTok: www.tiktok.com/@jerry_arizona
This account is not run by me, and I've gotten quite a few messages about it over the last few months from people thinking it's me. I've tried reporting it but TikTok does not seem to care. If any of you feel so inclined, report it yourselves and maybe more people doing so will trigger them to take action.
Thanks again everyone for all the support!

Thanks for all the well-wishes!
Everyone is safe and sound, but it is very sad to see the place that has been my job and part-time home for these last couple years go up in flames. I'm lucky in that, as a nomad, I am used to being able to drive away in my home-on-wheels quickly and I was able to get 99% of my belongings out with me when I evacuated. Many of the staff here had to leave everything behind.
This was to be my last week here, but this certainly isn't how I was anticipating it to go down. The scale of destruction hasn't been fully realized yet. I know in time, the North Rim will rebuild and I consider myself privileged to have been a part of the small team that got to live at and take care of this historic place.
I ask that you keep those affected by these devastating fires in your thoughts and prayers.

Well...A few minutes after I uploaded my video from the Grand Canyon, I had to evacuate due to a large wildfire that broke out on the North Rim. Hopefully the firefighters are able to get it under control and save the historic structures!

Well I've been itching to get back out there and now the wait is almost over. New Uncanny Expeditions around America's secret and mysterious classified sites will begin filming July 21st. I have a LONG list of fascinating places I will be exploring, but if any of you have any suggestions of some lesser-known places in your neck of the woods that you'd like to see me visit, drop me a comment!
I'll be putting out a video in the next week or so to tell you all what I've been up to at the Grand Canyon.

Thanks to the awesome folks over at Hidden Underbelly for having me on their live show today! We talked about classified military sites, UFOs, and much more.

Their show revolves mainly around UFOs/UAPs so I was a bit of a different guest since my content tends to focus more on secret military base exploration, but it ended up being a great fit! I quite enjoy speculating about UAPs as well, whether or not they are advanced military aircraft or something more out of this world.
Check them out if this topic is up your alley!

Uncanny Expeditions
Hey everyone! Hope you all are having a good start to the summer! As a nomad who has spent the last 4+ years living full-time on the road, one of my main income sources (since before I started my channel) has been work-camping jobs and this is my second year working in the Grand Canyon National Park at the North Rim. Most of the money that I earn here is getting invested into new gear to make my videos even better. In addition, I also own a plot of land up here in Northern Arizona that I will be constructing a small building on which will allow me to store some equipment to further support my channel. Because of these projects, Uncanny Expeditions will be taking a short seasonal break from the secret/classified site explorations. The exciting part is, after these financial goals are reached and preparations are made, I plan on going FULL TIME with YouTube and increasing my video output. I have some REALLY COOL places planned to visit (including the often requested Dugway Proving Ground and some other secret locations that I will keep a surprise for now.)
As of now I’m planning to be able to hit the road again in the second half of July. In the mean time, you can still expect videos from me like night vision filming tips, gear reviews, a rig tour, motorcycle/ bike stuff, and showing you all some beautiful shots of the Grand Canyon. I’m also excited to announce that I’ll be doing some podcast appearances so be sure to follow me on Instagram @UncannyExpeditions for links to those when they go live.
I wan’t to say a big thank you to all my subscribers both new and old. If any of you find yourselves at the North Rim of the Grand Canyon in the next month and a half or so, feel free to shoot me a message and come say hey!
Cheers,
Anders
