Hiiiiii! I'm Liz. This work comes from my own process of unlearning my own conditioning, releasing old stories and remembering who the F I am (or, really, figuring it out for the first time lol). I share what has supported me, what I’m still learning and what is unfolding, in the hope that it helps YOU see your limits and come home to yourself more fully.
It's a lot of "F*CK what you've been told and listen to yourself" over here. I hope you'll join me in connecting to your own uniqueness and trusting your path and showing up just as you are and believing that's perfectly perfect.
This is still VERY MUCH an ongoing practice for me so we'll be in it together.
