Racism in Thought, The Completed Wisdom
Racism usually occurs when something isn't satisfactory with themselves. It's usually when one realizes money can't buy "contentment" with yourself. Isn't that's why folks spend billions per year on clothing and cosmetics to fix up themselves? It's an unsatisfied addiction.

"One race of people think they are the tallest tree in the forest, standing tall, flourishing, with green leaves, looking prosperous. But follow the roots: it is the ground and foundation of other races that allow this tree to exist. Without that foundation, the tree would lose its stability and wither away.
We often forget that in a forest, no tree stands truly alone. The tallest branches only reach the sun because of the soil enriched by those who came before and those who labor out of sight. To deny the value of the roots is to eventually starve the leaves.
We are coping with time just to make everything exist; but we must realize that our humanity is bound up in one another. Real prosperity is found when we stop measuring height and start nourishing the entire ground, for a forest only thrives when every root is respected and every tree has the space to grow."
Key Principles for Reflection
Interdependence: Nature provides the perfect metaphor; different species often share nutrients through a "mycelial network" in the soil to ensure the survival of the whole grove.
Racism usually occurs when something isn't satisfactory with themselves. It's usually when realizes money can't buy "contentment" with yourself. Isn't that's why folks spend billions per year on clothing and cosmetics. It's an unsatisfied addiction.

Shared Humanity: As leaders like Desmond Tutu have stated, "My humanity is bound up in yours, for we can only be human together".
Systemic Awareness: Understanding that "the tallest tree" often benefits from a "groundwater" of historical and systemic support helps us appreciate the contributions of all people to modern society. #racism #life #people #peace

What is a Zone Diet
The Zone Diet is an anti-inflammatory nutritional program created in 1995 by biochemist Dr. Barry Sears. Its core premise is that maintaining a specific balance of macronutrients at every meal can control hormonal responses—specifically insulin and glucagon—to reduce inflammation, improve mental and physical performance, and promote permanent weight loss.
The 40-30-30 Rule
The diet requires a precise caloric distribution at every meal and snack:
40% Carbohydrates: Primarily from low-glycemic fruits and non-starchy vegetables.
30% Protein: Lean sources such as skinless poultry, fish, egg whites, and low-fat dairy.
30% Healthy Fat: Monounsaturated fats like olive oil, avocado, and nuts.
Key Dietary Guidelines
Eat Often: Consume three meals and two snacks daily.
Timing: Eat within one hour of waking and never let more than five hours pass without eating.
Glycemic Control: Strictly limit high-sugar fruits (bananas, raisins), starchy vegetables (potatoes, corn), and refined grains (white bread, pasta).
Supplementation: The diet strongly encourages taking high-quality omega-3 fish oil and polyphenol supplements to further fight inflammation.
Methods of Implementation
Followers typically use one of two methods to stay "in the zone":
The Hand-Eye Method: A simple visual tool where 1/3 of your plate is lean protein (palm-sized), 2/3 is low-glycemic carbohydrates, and a "dash" of healthy fat is added.
Zone Food Blocks: A more advanced method that uses "blocks" to measure exact grams of protein (7g per block), carbs (9g per block), and fat (1.5g per block). An average woman might eat 11 blocks daily, while a man might eat 14.
Effectiveness and Risks
While the diet encourages healthy habits like portion control and eating fresh vegetables, critics note it can be expensive and difficult to maintain due to its rigid macronutrient ratios. Some research suggests its weight loss benefits may stem more from general calorie restriction (around 1,200–1,500 kcal/day) than the specific 40-30-30 ratio. To keep it simple, here is a 1-day Zone Diet plan using the Hand-Eye Method (1/3 lean protein, 2/3 colorful carbs, a dash of fat). This approximates a 3-Block meal for women or a 4-Block meal for men.
Breakfast: Spinach & Feta Omelet
Protein (1/3 plate): 2 whole eggs + 3 egg whites (or 170g of low-fat cottage cheese).
Carbs (2/3 plate): 1 cup of steamed spinach sautéed with 1/2 cup of blueberries on the side.
Fat (The Dash): 1 teaspoon of olive oil (used for cooking) or 1/4 of an avocado.
Lunch: Lemon Herb Grilled Chicken Salad
Protein (1/3 plate): 3–4 oz (palm-sized) grilled chicken breast.
Carbs (2/3 plate): A large bed of mixed greens with cucumbers, green peppers, and 1 small apple sliced on top.
Fat (The Dash): 1 tablespoon of slivered almonds or a light vinaigrette made with 1 teaspoon of olive oil.
Afternoon Snack: Apple & Cheese
Protein: 1 stick of string cheese or 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt.
Carb: 1/2 of a small apple.
Fat: 3 almonds.
Dinner: Baked Salmon with Asparagus
Protein (1/3 plate): 4–5 oz (palm-sized) baked salmon fillet.
Carbs (2/3 plate): 2 cups of roasted asparagus and a side of 1 cup of strawberries for dessert.
Fat (The Dash): The fat is already in the salmon, but you can add 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil over the asparagus.
Late-Night Snack (The "Zone Buffer"):
Protein: 1 oz of deli turkey.
Carb: 1/2 cup of raspberries.
Fat: 1 macadamia nut.
3 Golden Rules for the Zone:
Drink Water: Aim for at least 8 glasses a day to help flush out toxins.
No "White" Carbs: Avoid bread, pasta, potatoes, and white rice; they spike insulin and kick you "out of the zone."
Check the Clock: If you feel hungry or lose mental focus 2 hours after a meal, your protein-to-carb ratio was off. #zonediet #nutrition #medical #health #diet #food #eating

North Korea's Kim Ju Ae
As of February 12, 2026, Kim Jong Un's daughter, widely believed to be named Kim Ju Ae, is estimated to be around 13 years old.
As of February 12, 2026, South Korea’s National Intelligence Service (NIS) has significantly upgraded its assessment of Kim Ju Ae, stating that she has moved from a "training" phase to the "successor-designate stage" to lead North Korea.
While the North Korean government has not yet made an official announcement, several key indicators have led to this intelligence briefing:
Evidence of Her Rising Status
Policy Input: The NIS reported that Ju Ae, believed to be around 13 or 14, has started providing direct input on state policies during her father's on-site inspections.
Symbolic Venues: In January 2026, she made a high-profile visit to the Kumsusan Palace of the Sun, a sacred mausoleum for the Kim family, which analysts view as a symbolic gesture to present her as the heir to her grandfather and great-grandfather.
International Debut: She reportedly accompanied her father on a diplomatic trip to Beijing in late 2025 to meet with Chinese officials, signaling her introduction to the international stage.
Linguistic Shifts: State media has transitioned from calling her the "beloved" child to the "respected" child—a term reserved for high-level leaders.
What to Watch Next
All eyes are on the 9th Workers' Party Congress scheduled for late February 2026. Intelligence officials believe this major political gathering could be used to officially unveil her as the heir or appoint her to a high-ranking position, such as the party's First Secretary.
Succession Challenges
Gender Traditions: North Korea has a deeply patriarchal leadership history; if appointed, Ju Ae would be the first female supreme leader in the country's history.
The "Secret" Brother: Rumors persist that Kim Jong Un has an older son who has never appeared in public, leading some experts to wonder if Ju Ae is a "decoy" or if her brother has been bypassed.

As of February 12, 2026, Kim Jong Un is widely believed to be 42 years old.
However, his exact age is a matter of international debate because the North Korean regime has never officially confirmed his birth year. Different governments and organizations list his birth year as follows:
1984 (Age 42): This is the year used by the U.S. government and is supported by his aunt, Ko Yong Suk, who defected to the U.S..
1983 (Age 43): South Korean intelligence officials believe he was born a year earlier, in 1983.
1982 (Age 44): Official North Korean records state he was born in 1982. Many analysts believe this was chosen for symbolic reasons to align with the 70th anniversary of his grandfather's birth and the 40th anniversary of his father's birth.
His birthday is recognized as January 8. Interestingly, while the birthdays of his father and grandfather are major national holidays in North Korea, his own birthday typically passes without public celebration or official mention in the country's state media.

Recent intelligence briefings from South Korea have sparked a wave of analysis on YouTube regarding Kim Ju Ae’s rapid ascent. Analysts are focused on her shift from a "beloved daughter" to a "respected" successor-designate who is now actively advising on state policy.
Key Intelligence Breakdowns
The "Succession Stage": South Korea’s Spy Agency Says Kim's Daughter is Nearing Successor Status by Associated Press highlights the NIS briefing where lawmakers confirmed she is now the "most likely" successor.
A "Great Person of Guidance": North Korea State Media Drops Massive Hint on Succession explores the specific linguistic shifts in state propaganda that traditionally precede a leadership handover.
The Patriarchal Barrier: Can a Woman Rule North Korea? The Rise of Kim Ju Ae discusses the cultural challenges of her potential reign and whether she is a "decoy" for a hidden older brother.
The "Why Now?" Factor
YouTube experts and geopoliticians point to a few specific reasons for this 2026 push:
Health Rumors: Persistent rumors about Kim Jong Un’s health (weight and smoking-related issues) have accelerated the need to project stability.
The 2026 Party Congress: Videos like What to Expect from the 9th Workers' Party Congress predict her official appointment to a high-ranking role this month.
Military Validation: Most of her appearances are at missile launches to signal to the military that the "Paektu Bloodline" remains the sole protector of the nation’s nuclear program. #peace #globalpeace #government #politics #southkorea #northkorea

Amazon Stock Buy It at the Dip
As of February 12, 2026, Amazon.com Inc. (AMZN) shares have experienced a sharp decline, falling 2.25% today to close at $199.60. The stock is currently in a "technical bear market," having plummeted approximately 21.4% from its recent highs and losing over $416 billion in market value in just over a week.
The primary catalyst for this "free fall" is investor anxiety over Amazon's massive $200 billion capital expenditure plan for 2026, which is nearly 60% higher than its 2025 spending. Markets are spooked by the potential impact of this aggressive AI infrastructure investment on the company's near-term profitability and free cash flow.

Key Insights on the Decline
Massive AI Spending: The forecast of $200 billion in 2026 capital expenditures far exceeded Wall Street's expectations, leading to concerns that spending will exceed total operating cash flow.
Mixed Earnings & Cautious Outlook: While revenue for the last quarter was solid, the company's operating profit guidance for Q1 2026 fell short of analyst forecasts.
AWS Competitive Pressure: Investors are weighing Amazon's spending against its cloud segment growth, which has recently trailed the growth rates of competitors like Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure.
Operational Shifts: The decline follows a broader organizational flattening, including the cutting of 16,000 jobs and the closure of multiple Amazon Fresh and Amazon Go locations to streamline operations.
Despite the recent slump, the vast majority of analysts (68 out of 74) maintain a Buy rating, with an average price target of $283, suggesting many view the current dip as a potential buying opportunity based on long-term AI returns. #amazon #stock #buy at lows Key Reasons to "Buy the Dip"
Accelerating Cloud Momentum: Despite missing EPS expectations, AWS saw revenue growth accelerate to 24% in Q4, reaching a $142 billion annualized run rate. CEO Andy Jassy noted that Amazon is "monetizing capacity as fast as we can install it".
Attractive Valuation: AMZN is currently trading at a forward price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio of approximately 26 to 27, which is near its historical lows. Some analysts estimate an intrinsic "fair value" closer to $260-$283.
Efficiency Gains in Retail: Beyond AI, Amazon is using robotics and automation to pull billions in costs out of its logistics network, which could lead to record operating margins as the current investment cycle matures.
Diversified Profit Engines: While e-commerce is the face of the company, higher-margin businesses like Advertising and AWS now drive the majority of operating profit, providing a "cushion" during retail slumps. Note: Short-term volatility is expected to continue through 2026 as the company absorbs the massive costs of building new data centers and AI chips.

AI Out Powering White Collar Jobs
In a February 2026 interview with the Financial Times, Microsoft AI CEO Mustafa Suleyman predicted that AI will achieve "human-level performance" and fully automate "most, if not all" white-collar tasks within the next 12 to 18 months.
Key Details of the Prediction
Targeted Roles: Suleyman specifically noted that professionals who perform their work primarily via computer—including lawyers, accountants, project managers, and marketers—face near-term disruption.
"Professional-Grade AGI": Microsoft is reportedly developing a new class of "professional-grade AGI" (Artificial General Intelligence) designed to handle complex professional workflows rather than just simple routine tasks.
Shift in Work: Using software engineering as an example, Suleyman observed that many coders already use AI for the vast majority of their production, shifting the human role toward strategic architecture rather than line-by-line coding.
Self-Sufficiency Move: These comments coincide with Microsoft's push for "AI self-sufficiency," signaling a move to double down on its own in-house models and reduce reliance on partners like OpenAI.
Broader Industry Context
Suleyman's timeline is significantly more aggressive than other tech leaders. For comparison, Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei recently predicted that AI could disrupt roughly 50% of entry-level white-collar jobs within a one-to-five-year window. Meanwhile, firms like Morgan Stanley argue that while automation is accelerating, the "undeniable shock" to economic data and employment may not fully manifest until the latter part of the decade. #ai #jobs #whitecollar #microsoft

Zinc-Part 5 Final Discussions
Recent research and expert discussions on YouTube highlight how zinc serves as a critical link between immune health and neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer's.
Zinc and the Immune System
Immune "Training Camp": Zinc is vital for the thymus gland. Without sufficient zinc, the thymus can shrink (thymic atrophy), preventing the maturation of infection-fighting T-cells.
Inflammation Control: Zinc helps regulate the innate immune system, which handles immediate threats. A deficiency can cause this system to overreact, leading to chronic inflammation and increased oxidative stress.
Antiviral Defense: Adequate zinc levels are linked to faster recovery from infections; for example, it can shorten the duration of common colds by up to 40%.
The Zinc-Alzheimer's Connection
Neuroinflammation: Researchers at the University of Manchester hypothesize that zinc deficiency "disables" the adaptive immune system while hyper-activating the innate immune response in the brain. This creates a "flaming" inflammatory environment that accelerates the progression of Alzheimer’s.
Toxic Imbalances: Many Alzheimer’s patients exhibit a high copper-to-zinc ratio. High copper levels can compete with zinc for absorption, potentially leading to the "toxic subtype" of Alzheimer's characterized by cognitive deficits and plaque formation.
Brain Signaling: Zinc regulates glutamate, the brain's main excitatory signal. When zinc levels fall, critical memory and spatial orientation signals can fail, which may explain why Alzheimer's patients often feel "lost". #health #medical #zinc
For an expert look at how a zinc-deficient diet can "fuel the flames" of Alzheimer's disease: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DbEpC...
#Alzheimers #Dementia #Aging
Whereas the common form of Alzheimer's disease is characterized by memory loss and the inability to form new memories, one subtype of the disease is characterized by profound deficits in organizational skills, math capabilities, and visual perception. It is associated with toxic burden, and it typically manifests early in life. A key player in the pathogenesis of this subtype is zinc deficiency. Zinc is an essential nutrient that participates in metabolism, cognitive function, and immune response. In this clip, Dr. Dale Bredesen describes the role that zinc status plays in the development of the toxic form of Alzheimer's disease.

Zinc, Immune System and Alzheimer's Disease-Part 4
Zinc plays a dual role in both the immune system and the progression of Alzheimer’s disease (AD), acting as both a protective "gatekeeper" and a potential contributor to pathology when out of balance.
1. Zinc and the Immune System
Zinc is essential for the normal development and function of nearly all immune cells.
Immune Cell "Gatekeeper": It is critical for the maturation of T-lymphocytes in the thymus. Deficiency can lead to thymic atrophy, resulting in a significant reduction in infection-fighting cells.
Inflammation Regulator: Zinc helps control the inflammatory response by modulating the NLRP3 inflammasome, a complex that triggers the release of pro-inflammatory cytokines.
Antioxidant Defense: It acts as a cofactor for enzymes like superoxide dismutase (SOD), which protects cells from oxidative stress—a major driver of aging and disease.
2. Zinc and Alzheimer’s Disease
The "zinc dyshomeostasis hypothesis" suggests that an imbalance in brain zinc levels—rather than just a total excess or deficiency—contributes to AD.
Plaque Formation: Zinc binds directly to amyloid-beta (Aβ), promoting its aggregation into the neurotoxic plaques that are a hallmark of AD.
Functional Deficiency: While zinc accumulates in plaques, the surrounding brain tissue often becomes zinc-deficient. This "sequestration" starves neurons of the zinc needed for healthy synaptic signaling and memory.
Neuroinflammation: Recent studies have found that zinc deficiency in AD models accelerates cognitive decline specifically by triggering NLRP3-driven neuroinflammation.
Tau Protein: Excessive zinc may also contribute to the hyperphosphorylation of Tau, leading to the formation of neurofibrillary tangles that kill brain cells.
3. Clinical Significance
Epidemiological evidence suggests a strong link between zinc status and cognitive health:
Reduced Risk: Use of zinc supplements has been associated with a reduced prevalence of AD and significantly slower cognitive decline in older adults.
Dose-Response: Research indicates that severe zinc deficiency is linked to a 71% increased risk of new-onset dementia.
Therapeutic Potential: Clinical trials using zinc-based therapies have shown promise in stabilizing cognition, especially in patients aged 70 and older.
Caution: High-dose zinc supplementation can interfere with copper absorption, potentially leading to anemia or further neurological issues. #zinc #health #medical

In this video, we’re going to talk about the one type of food with the highest concentration of zinc in the world.

The #1 best source of zinc is oysters. Oysters are loaded with bio-available zinc. Red meat, fish, and pumpkin seeds also contain some zinc.

25% of people are deficient in zinc. Zinc is a mineral that isn’t stored in the body—this means that you have to consume zinc-rich foods regularly to maintain sufficient zinc levels.

A zinc deficiency is difficult to diagnose—blood tests often won’t reveal a zinc deficiency. Only long-term zinc deficiencies will show up on tests.

Zinc deficiency symptoms include:
• Decreases lymphocytes
• Enlarged spleen
• Decreased response to pathogens
• Thymus atrophy
• Increased duration of infection
• Increases susceptibility to infection
• Loss of taste/smell
• Decreased wound healing.
• Low testosterone
• Increased inflammation

Aside from not consuming enough zinc-rich foods, you may also be low on zinc due to:
• Phytates (found in grains)
• Sugar
• Stress
• Infection
• Antacids (Stomach acidity helps zinc absorption)
• Malabsorption
• Liver damage
• Diabetes
• Vegan diets

Zinc Recipes
To maximize your intake, focus on recipes that combine high-zinc ingredients like red meat, shellfish, or legumes with techniques that improve absorption, such as soaking grains or adding vitamin C.
1. High-Zinc Meat & Seafood Dinners
Animal-based proteins offer the most bioavailable (easily absorbed) form of zinc.
Oyster Tempura with Wagyu Beef: A "zinc powerhouse" combining two of the highest sources. Oysters can be tucked into shiitake mushrooms, wrapped in nori, and lightly fried, served alongside charcoal-grilled wagyu rump cap.
Garlic & Thyme Seared Sirloin: A simple, high-protein meal providing approximately 22mg of zinc per serving.
Beef with Lentils & Feta: This hearty medley uses beef strips, canned lentils, and crumbled feta. Searing the beef with garlic and tossing it with roasted honey-infused pumpkin adds layers of flavor and extra minerals.
Lamb au Poivre: Lean lamb is a premier zinc source, offering about 17mg per serving when prepared as a classic peppercorn steak.
2. Zinc-Rich Vegetarian & Vegan Options
Since plant-based zinc is harder to absorb due to phytates, these recipes often include fermentation or soaking to boost nutrition.
Vegan Spanakopita (Spinach Pie): Uses a large amount of spinach (a good source of zinc and magnesium) and an "almond cheese" made from soaked flaked almonds and nutritional yeast.
Cheezy Cashew Nut Roast: A savory loaf featuring 220g of cashews (high in zinc), fresh rosemary, and a layer of wilted spinach and vegan cheese.
Keto Dosa with Sprouted Moong Dal: Sprouting legumes like moong dal significantly reduces phytates, making the zinc more accessible. This Indian-style crepe is made by blending sprouts with ginger and cumin.
Tempeh & Baked Bean Casserole: Tempeh is a fermented soy product that is easier to digest and higher in available minerals. Sauté it with onions, peppers, and garlic before baking with fiber-rich beans.
3. Zinc-Boosting Breakfasts
Warm Blueberry & Maca Overnight Oats: Oats are a solid plant-based zinc source. Adding maca powder can introduce a caramel flavor while maintaining a nutrient-dense profile.
Keto Spinach & Feta Quiche: A high-fat, moderate-protein breakfast that leverages the zinc found in both eggs and large quantities of fresh spinach.
Tips for Maximum Absorption
Add Vitamin C: Squeeze lemon juice over your spinach or serve bell peppers with your lentils to improve zinc uptake.
Avoid Coffee with Meals: The tannins in tea and coffee can block zinc absorption; wait at least an hour after eating to enjoy your brew.
Soak Your Grains: Always soak beans, seeds, and grains like farro overnight to neutralize "anti-nutrients" that bind to zinc.
