The Daily Stoic is a daily book meant to be read one page at a time. Each day shares a short quote and reflection to help you think more clearly and focus on what matters. I want to study Stoicism in 2026 because I want to learn how to handle life better, stay grounded, and focus on what I can control as I keep growing.

Today’s page reminds us that not everything is ours to fix or control. The past, other people, and unexpected events that are outside of our hands. What is in our control is how we respond and the choices we make right now. The goal is to focus on what brings more peace than fighting what we can’t change.

Hi all,

I hope you are doing well.

Sorry that I haven't been very active on here for the last week or so, I am currently away on a little break.

I did try going live for the first time on Monday, I messed up with verifying my channel on desktop so I had to use my phone. I have left the video up if you wish to check it out, we had a bit of fun with the few people who did tune in.

I was planning on going live again today but I have decided that I am going to enjoy the last couple of nights away having some quality time with my son.

I am back home Friday, so I will go live either Friday or Saturday (I will send a notification out well in advance if you wish to join).

Hi,

I hope you are well..

There won't be a video uploaded today..

I have been playing around with schedule and trying to manage my time better, I work full-time, I’m a parent, and I run a small business on top of trying to create content.

Some weeks, I'm not getting a chance to actually record until Sunday, so uploading weekly on Monday is very challenging. I have decided to move from a Monday to every Tuesday from 6pm, this will allow me a bit more room to edit and hopefully create better content for you.

I'm sure the small group of people who watch my videos will be devastated, but don't worry, I will be back tomorrow 🤣.
