I’m in my 50s, navigating perimenopause, spinal degeneration, and reduced mobility in my hands, and I still garden with joy every day I can. My channel is about gardening, using accessible tools, and real-life growing through chronic pain, life transitions, and everything in between.

I’m not just going to show you those, I am preparing my garden for fall and I am actively filming everything I’m doing outside. I’ll be able to put together a short video for tomorrow where I’m doing some harvesting.

Instead of sleeping, I’m lying here trying to make up my mind on what I’m planting to replace my runner bean poles. Do I put a cover crop or put food here. It’s going to be my next video. Any ideas?
