Last year, God gave me a word. Just a word.

I didn’t fully understand it then, but I held onto it.

This year, He made it so clear. In one moment, everything connected, and I realized exactly what He had been talking about all along.

But somewhere along the way, I made a mistake many of us make I started trying to “help” God.

Because I had received the word, I started trying different things, opening different doors, making different moves, and attaching my own interpretation to what God had said.

I was trying to make the prophecy happen instead of simply trusting the One who gave it.

And now comes the difficult part: knowing what God was actually talking about means I have to stop some of the things I already started.

And honestly, that isn’t easy.

Sometimes obedience isn’t about starting something new. Sometimes it’s about having the courage to stop something you thought was right.

You can spend months building something, praying over it, investing your time and emotions into it and still have to surrender it when God gives you clearer direction.

I’m learning that God’s word does not need my assistance.

He doesn’t need me to force doors open.
He doesn’t need me to manipulate circumstances.
He doesn’t need me to figure everything out.

If He said it, He knows how to bring it to pass.

My responsibility is not to help God fulfill His word.

My responsibility is to trust Him enough to obey when He makes the next step clear.

So I’m learning to let go of what I started in my own understanding, even when it hurts, even when it feels like wasted time, and even when I don’t know what comes next.

Because sometimes what looks like starting over is actually finally walking in the direction God intended from the beginning.

Lord, give me the grace to release what You never asked me to carry, the courage to stop what You never told me to start, and the faith to follow You even when I don’t understand the entire picture.

I don’t want to be so busy trying to make Your word happen that I miss the way You intended to fulfill it.

This time, I will wait. I will listen. I will obey. And I will trust You.🤍

Stepping into my new year, I taught myself the power of positivity. I learned to set boundaries like never before, not out of anger, but out of deep self-respect. The more I was attacked for the very gifts I carry, the higher I raised the bar. Every challenge refined me. Every test sharpened my focus. What once might have broken me only made me more intelligent, more grounded, and far less shallow.

I’ve stopped making time for negative vibes. No more energy wasted on noise that doesn’t serve my peace or my purpose. Instead, I’ve stepped fully into the life I’ve always dreamed of and it feels even better than I imagined.

I’ve learned to enjoy the journey instead of stressing over the results. To trust the process, celebrate the small wins, and keep showing up with an open heart. And watching my baby @ormahtravels grow, change lives, create impact, and open doors for others… there are truly no words for how grateful I am. This is more than a brand or a passion project. It’s a movement, a purpose, and a dream that’s touching souls in ways I never could have planned.

To everyone who’s been part of this chapter, the supporters, the dreamers, the ones who see the vision. thank you. To those who tested me, thank you too… you helped me become unstoppable.
