If you are unclear about something, you do not have a boundary around it, either due to people pleasing or hesitation. which means you will bleed your power to others. It's a tough lesson I have had to learn many times, a rough one at best - however it's a reminder to get into alignment.
Lilith helped me understand this the best.
She explains it as your solar plexus having a "leaky net", zero coincidence that autoimmune conditions and leaky gut comes from a boundary issue, so whether it's at home - your workplace, your business, romance, or, your life in general - boundaries are what will stop you bleeding where you should be feeding.
