Adapted Spiral Praxis is a somatics system based on modern flow principles. Developed by founder Yuji Oka, ASP is designed to accelerate the learning and rehabilitation of children with disabilities or special needs. Since first created over 35 years ago, ASP has helped thousands of children gain deeper awareness of their bodies and dramatically improve their motor functioning.
