Hi guys! I started a channel members page!!!

And let me get one thing straight before I say anything else about it — I won’t be hiding tutorials or “the good stuff” there by any means. That’s not the goal of this page. I’ve been wanting to share some more long-form, uncut, behind-the-scenes moments with you guys, and this seemed like a perfect way to do it!

Not everyone will want to watch hours of real-time gravel sorting or polishing a gem… but I personally would have LOVED that when I was first getting into all this. Who am I kidding, I love it now. I’ve watched my first channel members video probably 4 times all the way through and it’s an hour long.

That video is a live Montana sapphire gravel sorting session, and it’s lots of fun. I’m thinking next will either be a real-time sapphire faceting session, or a veeeery detailed look through all my self-mined NC gems so you guys can help me choose what to cut next.

Okay so my new Propst mining video will actually be posted TOMORROW night instead of tonight. I ran into a little audio issue… which becomes a big audio issue when the video is 86 minutes long 😂

You guys won’t get to see the original version but trust me… you’ll appreciate the fact that I fixed it.

Just finished editing an 86 MINUTE LONG ruby & sapphire mining video.

My family and I spent 3 full days digging for gems at Propst Farm, and I filmed the entire trip. It’s taken me a while to fully pull this one together (since it’s easily my longest video yet), but it will finally be up this Thursday.
