In the latest episode of Konversation with Kushal, I had a very insightful discussion with him where we broke down lots of finance concepts, starting from his own investment journey, the C.L.E.A.R. & S.I.M.P.L.E. framework he uses, how one can identify multibagger stocks & even when to exit the market smartly.
Some interesting insights he shared:
=> Invested in Radico Khaitan in 2017-18, stock got to 2-3X of initial position. But exited early. The company is now at 10X the initial position with a CAGR of 26%.
=> There are certain wealth creating sectors - Lots of multibaggers come from IT, Wealth Management, Pharma etc. because of the huge opportunity size.
=> Invested in Neuland Labs at around ₹1,300 & it got to ₹6,600 when he exited but the stock even went till ₹18,000. His friend invested early on & stayed invested. He made over ₹2.5 lakhs out of around ₹9,000.

Over 1.2 million Indians have applied & are still waiting for the Green Card in the US.
But here's what most people don't know.
In the US, there are generally 2 types of Visas - Non immigrant & Immigrant ones.
The former is temporary (Travel - B1, B2; Student - F1; Work - H1B) while the latter is for permanent residence & often referred to as the green card.
Green Card can again be obtained through family or employment, with the employment route again having further sub classifications such as EB1A, EB2, EB5 etc.
EB1A is often called the "Einstein Visa" & is awarded to people with extraordinary abilities.
