Hi everyone! Here's another way AI is being used in performance reviews. This is a news post I saw in my Instagram feed today. If I read it correctly, managers now can use AI to write performance reviews of employees. If you watched my video on AI performance reviews, I recommend you highlight verbally areas you think your manager should know about. That way you increase your chances of ALL the things you've done to be included in your PR write-up.
