Not as easy as bolting a new fan on, I went a larger fan from a V8 X5 which is slightly larger than the M57 fan and also has more blades. Folded up a neat aluminium shroud and welded on a round guard to help direct the airflow through the radiator. Not too bad of a job considering it was the second time I’ve ever welded aluminium.
