We are delighted to formally announce that GEWA music has acquired the global responsibilities for product development, manufacturing, marketing and distribution of ‪@gretschdrumsusa‬. Effective immediately, GRETSCH drums becomes an integral part of the #GEWAmusic family of brands.

Since acquiring exclusive distribution rights in Europe for Gretsch in 2015, GEWA music has worked in close partnership with Gretsch and DW, contributing significantly to the brand's development.

This acquisition of the global rights in GRETSCH drums marks the beginning of a new chapter in our collaborative efforts. It is important to note that key operations, particularly in product development and manufacturing, will continue to be based in the United States as well as the existing production facilities in Asia, in line with the rich tradition of one of the oldest and most influential drum brands globally.

GEWA music is committed to preserving and advancing this 140-year-old legacy with the highest regard and respect.
