The cliché “love at first sight” situation… but way more serious than that

Morgan received a phone call from this family and they shared their intentions to move back to Petaluma from Texas. They owned a home and enjoyed life in TX, but with a growing family it was becoming more important to be closer to extended family.

The plan was to schedule a visit, watch the market, and tour some homes when they are here to get a feel for options in their price range.

We got along great for initial phone calls and looked forward to eventually meeting. The home goals were discussed and we started reviewing listings on the market to filter what type of property or neighborhood would really be the best fit.

The new builds were too close, but the house needed to be pretty move in ready considering working parents and busy schedules. The neighborhood was priority to be in a safe location with plenty of walkability.

ONE DAY later Morgan receives an update that they are coming in to town asap because… why wait?

The next afternoon Morgan meets these clients at a property for the first time – some of the sweetest people!

It’s clear this is THE house and the stars were aligning perfectly to skip the Texas heat this summer by moving back to Petaluma immediately.

Morgan worked with the lender to strategize the offer and negotiated just under $20k from the sellers for an interest reduction to help ease the payments on the big purchase. OFFER ACCEPTED!

21 days later we handed over the keys to this stunning property

NEXT LEVEL 🚀

Sometimes it takes a leap of faith to land you in the best new opportunities…

Morgan has been a member of a local networking group with international reach. The members are all motivated business professionals and owners.

Many of our trusted colleagues have come from these connections, in fact!

Well… last month a position in a larger group opened up and it was going to be intense competition to secure the spot 😳 but, this new opportunity was much more aligned with our energy + accountability.

It was one of the moments where you have to trust your gut and make the leap of faith even if there’s a chance it might not work out.

The other 9 realtors in the room were incredible agents locally, yet only one seat to be earned. We even make the joke to put our names in a hat to pick one since there’s no bad option in the room!

The decision was made last Friday… GOT THE SEAT!

We are now aligned with even more power partners to beat build our business and serve our clients 🙌🏻 this new groups name is Next Level and it just feels right.

Moral of the story: take the risk if it aligns with your goals because it just might work out.

Proud is an understatement and we are prepared to prove this decision was the right one! ✨
