Congrats to this beautiful family on their first home purchase!
Like many of you, this family found me through YouTube.
They already knew the neighborhood they wanted… they even knew the exact home. They could’ve gone straight to the builder, but since this was their first time buying, they wanted someone in their corner to help protect them and guide them through the process.
We went under contract and then almost everything that could go wrong did.
The sales agent was replaced right away. We originally asked for the builder to cover the expense on a lease-break, which was denied… until we asked again and got it approved. The builder’s lender couldn’t qualify them, so we pushed, brought in our own lender, kept the same incentives, and saved the deal.
On top of that, we negotiated a $60,000 price reduction, giving them instant equity and long-term upside.
This wasn’t an easy transaction. Without representation, there’s a real chance this family wouldn’t be in this home today.
Instead, they closed on what’s set up to be their forever home!
