HISTORY: The BEETHOVEN FESTIVAL Park City introduced its first concerts in Park City in 1983 and is Utah's longest-running classical music festival. The Festival was founded and is directed by the Artists in Residence: Clarinetist Russell Harlow and Violist Leslie Blackburn Harlow. The Harlows live full-time in the Park City area, presenting concerts and statewide outreach year-round including the Summer Festival (July and August), Spring Chamber Music Festival and Winter and Autumn Classics Concerts with Utah Valley University and the University of Utah, and ZAP-funded outreach concerts.
