Dr. Jay Prakash Gupta has obtained his B.V.Sc. & A.H. from Kerala Agricultural University, M.V.Sc. (AGB) from NDRI, Karnal and Ph.D. from IVRI. He is recipient of Directors Gold Medal during MVSc at NDRI. He qualified, CSIR, ICMR, ICAR-SRF (1st Rank), ICAR-NET etc. In the year 2012 he was selected in ARS examination conducted by ICAR. He served as Assistant Professor at Veterinary College Sardarkrushinagar, Kamdhenu University, Gujarat from year 2012 to March, 2023. Currently he is serving as Associate Professor at Bihar Veterinary College, Bihar Animal Sciences University (BASU), Patna
